I too am on this journey. With 30 years in HR, a Master's in Counseling Psychology, and an ICF certification, I am here to help you lead with real, sincere guidance.

Boardroom, classroom, operating room, break room — unspoken rules exist. I've shaped the tough calls that must be made. Consider me your inside track.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Please message elaineoh@refreshcoachinggroup.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

It comes down to trust and safety, where clients feel genuine comfort to be able to explore and be empowered. I bring high empathy vibes too, and when appropriate, channel my life experiences of being an immigrant from South Korea, daughter of aging parents, wife in bi-racial marriage, parent of teenagers, corporate executive, life coach, cancer survivor, best friend, avid connector and aspiring gardener. In all moments, my focus is on you and your journey.

I've sat at the table where real decisions get made — who gets promoted, who gets extra support, who's ready for what's next. Thirty years inside HR taught me the unspoken rules and quiet politics that shape careers, and I care deeply about helping people navigate them with clarity instead of guesswork. Whether you're in a boardroom, a classroom, an operating room, or a break room, I bring that same insight to you — not just encouragement, but real understanding of how workplaces actually work, so we can move your career forward together.

We offer one-on-one coaching, specializing in Career Fulfillment and Leadership. Sessions can be purchased individually and/or through special packages; let's Get Started and Keep Going.

We would meet virtually via video conference or phone. If your preference is meeting in person, we can explore this option too.

The time is always right to do what is right.
